Lake Como and the passion for rowing
I am Davide Tabacco, I am 29 and I was born and raised on the shores of Lake Como, just a few hundred meters from George Clooney’s house.
When I was 10 I approached the world of rowing. This sport made me love the Lake even more and gave me also a lot of satisfaction, including competing for the Italian National Team at several international regattas and winning the silver medal at the World Championships in 2010.
A few years later I started transmitting my passion for the Lake to young kids by becoming a rowing coach at the same team that raised me: Canottieri Moltrasio. If I am not on my boat taking guests around, you can definitely find me in Moltrasio, directing tens of kids on tiny rowing boats.

After years of living by the Lake my bond with the water grew more and more… all the way until 2021 when I founded my company: the DT BOAT – different tour.
